A place to stand
I live in Auckland. Auckland is a cool city where there are cool parks, warm and freezing Pools, Beautiful Houses, Yummy food places, Amazing schools and fresh native trees. I am so happy to be living in Auckland and happy to call it my hometown.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Rachel and I am working with Cia and Megan on the Summer Learning Journey programme this year. It's great to see that you have been active, completing the first two activities for this year already! Like you, I also live in Auckland and I am really happy to call it my hometown. I love the beaches, parks and pools that we have here to enjoy. In fact, I often go for walks in the bush or go to the local beach for a swim. Do you enjoy swimming? I hope that you and your family will have the chance to relax and to spend some lovely quality time together this summer.
Our family is going to get together tonight to go to MOTAT (The Museum of Technology and Transport in Auckland). They always put on a light show each year that I love. I used to live in Canada and many people in North America hang lights on their houses at this time of year. Going to MOTAT reminds me of home and of the holiday period.
